Stargazing was one of the most enjoyable and beautiful things there definitely- pay for it, it’s worth."

"First of all we came at 9 PM and our room wasn’t ready. There was no hot water and the air conditioner wasn’t turned on to heat and we had no electricity so we had to wait for them to fix it. They left us no water, tea, coffee, or anything in the room. We skipped dinner which we paid for and when we contacted with manager, we asked from him not to leave us whole dinner in room, but just to leave some fruits, we didn’t get anything from that. If you are planning to eat something for breakfast or dinner, you have to come at exact time when it starts. Otherwise, you will be hungry like we were first day of our stay and also first morning (they made omelet at the end for us after looong conversation). Glasses that we got in room were dirty and it was only two glasses for four of us. All the things that we complained about, they changed and fixed, but they expected every time they did it tips for it. We are OK to tip things that are extra but to tip things that are basically included, and Must have things we don’t want to tip. They said to us the transport is included if we book any excursion or trip with them, but at the end, they charged us transport because we didn’t take full package. And the biggest disappointment of it all is that they didn’t take our passport nor are we registered anywhere which basically means that they’re working black market and even if we want to complain to some some institutions-there is no record of us staying there (plus they don’t even have google location). Basically 3 people of 33 speak English so prepare yourself. The biggest complaints we have is for the stuff and not for the building itself. Manager/owner thought was really polite and nice and did his best (but after complaining which is problem, better prevent things then fix them). One of the blankets was dirty so we couldn’t use it. For 4 girls for 2 nights they left one half used toalet paper roll."
