"The location of this hotel is simply perfect - you enter it from the main street in the very center of Amman via a cleverly placed elevator. The room was clean with a nice bathroom and fridge, a comfortable bed and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Theater. The great thing about this hotel is its staff - everyone I spoke to was very warm and helpful. This was not my first stay in Amman and I examine different hotels at every occasion, but I would love to return to this particular one."

"Housed in one of oldest buildings of Amman right opposite Roman theatre, ideally located with the best organised arrangements. The owner and staff of the property are the most decent and hospitable hosts. Will come to Jordan again just to stay in this hotel."

"We were right in the centre 'downtown', it was a busy noisy street, it was full of life and people. I loved every bit of my stay in Concord Hotel although I only used up 3 of the 7 nights that I paid for. Ibrahim at the front desk was a fast-thinker who is always one step ahead, always offering what might be needed. Everyone in the hotel was so nice, I wanted to adopt all of them and take them home. Everything was available within walking distance and my view from the porch was the Roman Theatre ... that was cool! The ones who brought us from the airport, and back to the airport were really good guys, easy to talk to and very friendly. 'Friendly' should be the name of the hotel because everyone was so friendly and accommodating."
