In our opinion, it’s one of the best spots in the village, offering great value for money and a breathtaking view that follows you from the kitchen to the bedroom. "Two things we don't like: 1) the driveway is so poor you need 4 week drive SUV to get there. 2) there is not wall in one side of room. all mosquito, and inserts are flying around. there is a mosquito net in the bed, but I don't like it."

"Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut mit angenehm viel Platz in den Zimmern. Es liegt auf einem Hügel, sodass es immer angenehm kühl und leicht windig ist. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist beeindruckend schön. Trotzdem ist der Weg zum Meer nicht weit, und unser Lieblings-Frühstückscafé (Smurf) war gleich in der Nachbarschaft. Die Sauberkeit ist vollkommen ausreichend, wir haben keine Anzeichen von Ungeziefer oder ähnlichem in den gesamten zwei Wochen gesehen. Zusätzlich gibt es Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Jacob, der Inhaber, war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns einen super Kontakt zu einer Black-River-Safari vermittelt, uns die Waschmaschine ausnahmsweise benutzen lassen usw."
"Vor einem Jahr gab es einen Hurrikan in Treasure Beach, der offensichtlich auch viel in Welcoming Vibes zerstört hat. Entsprechend sieht das Haus zum Teil etwas unfertig aus, vor allem in den oberen Stockwerken und ganz unten, wo Wäscheleine und Heizung sind. Da wir im Erdgeschoss gewohnt haben, hat uns das aber nicht weiter betroffen. Außerdem ist das Bad innerhalb des Schlafraums verglast (teilweise mit mattem Sichtschutz). Wir haben das Zimmer als Paar genutzt und entsprechend dem anderen jeweils das Zimmer alleine überlassen, um etwas mehr Privatsphäre beim Duschen und der Toilette zu ermöglichen. Das ist aufgrund der schönen und großzügigen Aufenthaltsräume gut möglich."
