"Check in process was very easy. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms was clean and very comfortable. Hot breakfast served every morning buffet or made to order. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall all was well. I am a very picky traveler and this is just my personal opinion as there are a few minor things that I think could be improved. The soap holder in the shower at the push button was not clean. I did not like the mat in front of the shower. It a rubber mat that can't be washed. I prefer fabric mats that can be washed as I find it more hygienic. The TV was mounted to the wall with a holder that did not move and when on the bed makes it difficult to watch. In the mornings at around 8 am it got noisy at times when the housekeeping or other workers pull around their carts outside. I'm up at this time anyway but if guests like to sleep in it definitely wakes everyone up."
"Breakfast was typical Jamaican fare, which was exactly what I was looking for. Every morning I looked for callaloo and every morning it was available. I have been to Tree House twice before, and enjoy it every time. The hotel is showing its age but only slightly. It is clean and well kept. Housekeeping staff are thorough."
"Honestly, there was nothing I did not like. As stated above, I have stayed there before, so I can see its age, but nothing at all was out of place or wrong of defective."
"Really good location, food was really good, rooms big and spacious, for the price really good value. Didn’t use internet so next time will test out whether can work from there. Staff were all really friendly and cocktails and lobster were great. Will stay again."
"Only couple minor things, shower really wasn’t very powerful, and mattress was pretty hard but maybe as was standard rooms and my preference is softer mattress, so will try a higher level room next time."
