El Pedra Residence és un establiment a l'estil de les illes Eòlies posicionat a 200 m de la platja de sorra volcànica de Fico Grande. Disposa d'un gimnàs gratuït. L'establiment està trobat en un jardí tranquil i ofereix una terrassa amb horitzó sobre el mar. Els estudis del Pedra estan equipats amb un balcó moblat, TV per satèl·lit i bany privat. Alguns ofereixen paisatge sobre el mar i d'altres donen al jardí. Els estudis inclouen llits de ferro forjat, terres de terracota, aire condicionat i una cuina americana. Cada dia se serveix un fórmula d'esmorzar sicilià dolç en un menjador proper, que inclou un granissat, croissants i begudes calentes. Aquest cuina d'autor d'altra banda ofereix descomptes per al sopar. El moll de Scari, on surten els ferris a Lipari, es troba a 1 km de l'establiment. Les excursions a peu al volcà surten de la plaça de San Vincenzo, a 5 minuts a peu.

"A really nice apartment and lovely hosts. The rooftop terrace with views of both Stromboli and the sea is fantastic. We walked up Stromboli in the evening to see the eruptions which was amazing."

"Outstanding property. The excellent spot for volcanos lovers (like me). The house has around 10 big studios, and a panoramic rooftop. View on the spitting Stromboli, countryside or the sea. Whatever you fancy, you got it!. It is a very relaxing property and area. No cars, only tuc-tucs! Even the local police go around with these tuc-tucs. Thanks to Sharon, to the housekeeper (sorry I forgot your name), and to Max (the dad) for your professionalism and dedication."

"Good location, around 20 minutes walk to port, Guesthouse is near a lovely beach few minutes away, and on way to hike volcano and the observatorio. Small tabac shop few minutes away for snacks/ drinks etc. Fridge in room and TV . Comfortable bed."

"The Room was spacious and you could find all you need. The Breakfast in the Bar "Ingrid" was yummie and generous and the balcony was just great with a direct view on "iddu". The Host was really friendly, answered all questions in a few minutes and helped with extra concerns (for example the laundry)."

"My room was so cute and comfortable! Bed was comfy and nice cold aircon. A beautiful terrace as well as a rooftop terrace with 360 views of both the volcano and the sea. Perfect place to watch the sunrise. The staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations of places to go and luggage storage."
