"I go once a year to Venice for years now. And I always stay in this hotel. The area is perfect! Walking distance to most places (San Marco, Rialto, Accademia etc), really close to the vaporetto and alilaguna stop, and nice restaurants and cafes around. There's also a drinking fountain nearby where I fill up my water bottle. And it's not in the middle of the tourist chaos. The hotel is really cosy, great breakfast and the staff is amazing!! Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Melissa, in particular is an angel!! I feel like it's my home in Venice."

"Very Venice like room, Venetian interior, very specious room and bathroom is en suite (some hotels in Venice have private bathroom outside of the room which I’ve experienced and would note advice but this one is in the room). Very comfortable bed and very comfortable cushions. Having stayed in a much more expensive hotel in Venice I could sleep well, here I was so comfortable, very quiet street and had a great night of sleep. Room view is overlooking canal, downstairs is also so Venetian style one way is to canal and other is the street. The only thing when you look out for the property you need to look at post code number - it’ll be straight away obvious. There is no Conscierge at night but late night arrival was organised for me without issue. Very modern reception staff, speaks good English, easy to communicate and just perfect! Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great.The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I could also drop my luggage 6 hrs before the actual check-in time. I had reservation for a single bed, but anyway upon arrival, they changed themselves to a double bed one [so here I am talking about room 103, with a queen size bed, not what I booked first]. Very clean bathroom, and the rest. Only 10 minutes to the main square, and 20 minutes to the main station (by walk). Air-conditioning was awesome. That's the most in Venice in summer. Btw, I recommend breakfast if you are not into outside one. It was with more than you might want). So, I had a great night, as it was calm, and with a comfortable bed."
