"We were a family of 6, sharing the 3 bedroomed Genoveffa apartment. We loved the building, the estate, the countryside setting and the glorious pool - great for cooling off as the weather was very hot! The pool area was never overcrowded and there were plenty of loungers/deck chairs to sit on, with parasols to protect you from the sun. The communal washing machine was very useful to have too."

"The kettle and toaster simply didn't work and the fridge wasn't cold enough and food items would go off within a matter of days, if not used. These items need replacing. Given the location and hot weather, there were a lot of bugs. Not all windows had insect screens on them and if they did, they were falling down in corners. We bought new ones and put them up ourselves and this made a huge difference. Finally, the bathrooms definitely need updating. We had a hand held shower head over a bath, which you had to hold when showering. This is not acceptable in 2024 - and not for 6 people sharing one shower/bath. My husband made a device from a wire hanger, which we attached to the shower head and could hang on the shower curtain rail and this made showering a lot easier. Our advice would be to remove the bath and bidet and put a proper walk in shower & shower unit in it's place. You need a car to go anywhere as apart from one local restaurant a short walk from the estate, you have to drive everywhere, on extremely winding roads. The beautiful village of Anghiari is about a 15 minute drive and the main town of Arezzo (with direct trains to Florence etc.), is about a 25 minute drive."

"Beautiful, magic place. The owner Paula is very friendly i helpful person. Moreover the place is located on the hill with romantic view for Valley. Villa is decorated with paintings, tradicional furniture and old books. In these beautiful surrondings we had time to relax on the swimming pool. From villa you can drive to Arezzo in 20min and to Siena in 1h 20 min. The closest is Anghiari - small and cosy town. We spent here great time and can't wait to come back."

"Posto meraviglioso immerso nelle colline toscane, fuori dal tempo e dalla confusione... tranquillità e paesaggi tipici hanno reso questa vacanza un'occasione per ricaricarsi di energia. Della struttura ho apprezzato la conservazione dell' architettura toscana e il mantenimento degli arredi caratteristici: il pavimento in cotto, le travi di legno a vista, i mobili d'epoca. L' area della piscina è davvero gradevole e organizzata bene....gli spazi esterni all'abitazione sono anch'essi organizzati bene per poter godere delle belle giornate e il giardino è ben tenuto."

"Igazi Toszkán épület, hatalmas területen, gyönyörű tiszta medence. Nagyon kedves volt a fogadtatás, kaptunk ajándékba egy üveg bort. Kávéfőzőt, mikrót szerettünk volna és be volt készítve, sőt egy doboz finom kávét is kaptunk hozzá. Mindennel fel volt szerelve. A park csodálatos volt. Nagyon szuper hetet töltöttünk itt el, köszönjük!"

"Sehr schöne Lage, wunderbare Wohnungen, antik aber sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet! Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Enkel 5 und 10 Jahre, war der Pool das allerbeste. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!!👍😘"
