La Quercia es troba a la zona protegida de sureres, a 17 km de la platja i les piscines de la costa Verde. Disposa d'una espai de bany exterior amb hidromassatge i una petita zona de gimnàs. Aquest establiment és una de les primeres cases rurals de gestió familiar de la zona, i té detalls de pedra i maó en moltes de les seves parets. Les zones comunes estan decorades en un estil típic de Sardenya i ofereixen un ambient rústic. A petició, l'La Quercia obre el seu taula gastronòmica i serveix plats tradicionals de la regió. Hi ha internet Wi-Fi gratuïta al vestíbul de l'establiment. Les estades presenten una disseny senzilla i tenen aire condicionat, bany privat i un pati amb visual sobre la vegetació dels voltants.

"Having 2 kids of 5 and 7 years, it was nice to be in an open space and in contact with nature. Marco was amazing, always made sure we had everything we needed, he recommended also placea to see. Food was great and abundant, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The kids enjoyed the tree house, petting the dogs and the goat."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
