"Great place with an excellent location, facilities, and services. I really enjoyed my stay—the hotel owner is exceptional and assisted me with everything I needed. The property is in a fantastic position near the train station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I personally traveled for a football-related event, and the hotel is perfect for this, as the stadium is within walking distance. Highly recommended."

"Poor communication by the staff; basically no information was provided, and requests went unanswered. Noise from neighboring rooms was very noticeable. The “blankets” were really just thin throws with sheets underneath, which seemed unhygienic. The bathroom was very cramped, and there was no bag in the trash bin. There was no kettle, though this is understandable since there was no kitchen in the room either."

"The location was quiet. It was a short walk to the train station, into the city or to the Enzo Ferrari museum. Welcome air-conditioning! The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, firm enough. Very helpful staff."

"As we are an older couple, we especially look for hotels with a lift and air conditioning. This hotel advertised it had both. When we arrived we were told that the lift was not working and the air conditioning could not be turned on till June. We were there in the middle of May and it was very hot. Because we couldn’t use the air conditioning, we had to leave the window open and the traffic noise was horrific. We were there for two nights and our room was not made up while we were there."

"The only thing that was accurate was the proximity to the Ferrari Museum. And not too far from the train station."

"The rooms were small. Booking got mixed up so our children had to stay in an adjoining building... Far from the centre of town."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave baggage before checking in and again after checking out, which let me do a lot of walking to explore the city. Great proximity to railway station, Ferrari museum and city Centre, yet quiet. Liked murals of Ferrari cars inside and little cars in sitting area downstairs. Good Wi-Fi. Staff gave helpful suggestions as to where to go for evening meal. Comfortable bed and very effective shower (options on jets to use)"
