Only 50 metres from its private beach, Pensió San Marco is in Lignano Pineta centre. It offers a large garden with children's playground, free bike rental and air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Breakfast is buffet style and is served out in the garden in warm weather. The sala d'àpat matinal is open for lunch and dinner and offers traditional Italian cuisine, meat and fish dishes and a buffet of appetisers, side orders and desserts. The classic-style rooms come with satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer. San Marco's private beach features parasols, deckchairs, showers and a jetty out into the sea. "The place is not a fancy place, but is cosy. Kind of feeling like home. The hotel services are normal, room service, air conditional, fresh touels every day. The brakefast is also nice and the dinner tasty. The personal was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very close to the beach and other good places to eat or have fun so it's a big yes."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are smaller, the balconies are a big plus. You can have breakfast on the terrace. The surroundings are quiet, but you can find things to do very close by. The parking lot is quite large. Friendly gentleman at the reception. It's great that you can borrow a bike for free. "First of all it is more like a hotel, I felt like at home. A very warm welcome from Stephano and you feel right away you’re in a family and not just a guest. Very quiet place, near to beach and center. Will always come back."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"

"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità alla reception. Il Signor Piero è molto simpatico e professionale, ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente. Infine abbiamo potuto soggiornare tranquillamente con la nostra cagnolina."
