Hostal Piancastello is 500 metres from Andalo’s city centre and 300 metres from the nearest slopes in the Paganella ski area. "The staff of the hotel, and especially of the dining room(!!!), were excellent. Very nice, help with everything. We requested in advance and received VEGAN products for my wife. It was not listed that there is an option for lunch and dinner at the hotel, for an additional fee. We ate dinner on the 3 nights we were at the hotel and it was excellent. Delicious and varied food at a really reasonable price, a 3-course dinner for 18 euros, I don't know if you can get it in a hotel these days."
"As an Italian breakfast it was excellent, a selection of meats and cakes, but we lacked vegetables for breakfast. Location of the hotel is a bit problematic. Hotel is located relatively high, walking distance from the center about 20 minutes (depends on your fitness). There is a bus, but you have to coordinate the departure and return to its special schedule."

"prima volta in questo hotel a Andalo dove vengo ormai da 10 anni , devo dire che sono rimasto colpito in positivo da questa struttura perchè dispone di un garage comperto ampio, la nostra camera molto grande anche se ovviamente in stile un po retrò, l'hotel in generale si presenta molto bene , pulito e accogliente. molto disponibili i proprietari."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
