Each one is air conditioned and features an LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar and hairdryer. A breakfast buffet is served in the breakfast room from 07:00 until 10:00. Room service is available on request. Residència Patria offers a taula gastronòmica à la carte for dinner from Monday to Saturday. Well positioned for exploring the whole of Tuscany, the boutique-hotel is 30 minutes' drive from Lucca and around 50 minutes from Pisa. the hammam i sauna town of Montecatini Terme is 15 km away.

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
