"The room was very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - especially when I was waiting in the sun for 2 hours for a bus to take me into the station. I was nearly crying and rang the hotel and a lovely staff member gave me a lift. I can't express how grateful I am."

"Absolutely no empathy or sensibility at the front desk: reservation made via booking, two separate beds confirmed and we arrived around midday. After the greetings we were welcomed with the sentence the requested room is not available and only a more expensive one is free. This type of sentences could make one upset. The other question was why we had not booked the breakfast. As if we had made a mistake. Empathy is not the main gift of that associate."
