"The room was a good size, bathroom also. It was very clean, the bathroom was well maintained and there were enough towels. Nice touch with placing the towels on the radiator so they were nice and warm. The receptionist was very kind, and also the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was nice (continental) and everything was fresh, with a lot of sweet choices (very italian). There was free parking available in front of the hotel, though not always available."

"I found the bed not very comfortable, and the pillow was quite hard with the memory foam."

"Very comfortable stay in Livigno. Recently renovated rooms which were of exceptional build quality throughout the hotel. The views were great which only added to the enjoyment of our stay. Very comfortable room, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, breakfast was plentiful and amazing selection for all tastes. But above all excellent hosts. Very genuine, sincere and clearly hard working. They were incredibly kind and helpful so we really enjoyed our stay with them."

"Breakfast was ok. There was also a 4 meal dinner available, every day a different menu to choose from 3 options, quite tasty. Sauna was nice. Car park available for all guests. Location a bit far from the centre, however a very nice 20 min walking distance or ski bus stop available 50m from the hotel."

"Breakfast and dinner were very good - varied selection and quality. The staff, especially the restaurant manager, were extremely welcoming and friendly. Reception staff were also very helpful."

"The property lacks a lift which can be a bit tricky for the older generation especially when it comes to lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. It is located out of the town centre and although buses leave and stop opposite the hotel, they stop working after 8pm. Local cabs proved to be difficult to come by and there is a 25 minute uphill walk from the town centre."
