"For one, the private parking is very convenient, especially as street parking can be a bit tricky in the area. The hotel building is beautiful and authentic, and when I entered I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Check-in was very smooth, and upon entering my room I immediately loved it: spacious, cosy and well-equipped. Nice amenities in the bathroom too. The room can be fully darkened and is very quiet - great night sleep. In the morning I had breakfast and coffee downstairs, while having a nice chat with the very friendly night receptionist. Staff really is exceptional with great lunch tips too. Overall a perfect stay - whenever I'm back in Moncalieri, I'll re-book immediately."

"La cordialità e la gentilezza del personale, la buona posizione sia rispetto al borgo sia rispetto ai collegamenti per Torino (fermata autobus a pochi passi, stazione vicina). Struttura raccolta e confortevole, con camere ampie e ben pulite, possibilità di fare una colazione semplice ma ben organizzata. Il borgo di Moncalieri con il suo castello è molto carino e l'atmosfera natalizia veramente avvolgente! Per noi è stata un ottima base per visitare Torino. Tra l'altro a Moncalieri è possibile mangiare buone specialità piemontesi!"
