"La struttura è situata vicinissima (cinque minuti a piedi) al Palazzo Berzieri dove sono state ripristinate le storiche Terme e al centro cittadino (che pare avere ritrovato una certa positiva vivacità), che si trova a pochi km da città d'arte come Parma e Piacenza, dai vari piccoli centri (famosi enogastronomicamente e per un turismo piacevolmente lento) della pianura emiliana e ai piedi dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano ricco di emergenze artistiche, culturali e naturalistiche. La gestione è familiare e i proprietari e staff sono molto simpatici e disponibili. Le camere sono ampie e comode: la pulizia è perfetta ovunque in tutta la struttura e i prodotti messi a disposizione per la colazione sono ottimi (sia nel dolce che nel salato). Viene messo a disposizione il parcheggio gratuito esterno ma protetto da sbarra."
"Non è un difetto della struttura nè una critica ma un consiglio per chi arriva a Salsomaggiore: la cittadina ha attualmente in corso un ampio restauro della viabilità quindi consiglio attenzione nel muoversi."
