"Lovely staff, so helpful with information and local recommendations. A simple and tasty breakfast. Room was small which is to be expected for a single occupancy."

"You can reach the beach and a beautiful park within 3-4 minutes by foot. The rooms are very clean and have been recently refurbished. We stayed there for a week and we could always find a free parking spot. The staff is really amazing: very kind, friendly and helpful! The breakfast is italian style, and it consists mainly from sweet pastries, different types of croissants etc. However, there is also cheese, ham and butter."

"Good quality/price ratio. We appreciated good cleaning service, italian style breakfasts, we always got good cofffee and hot chocolate for our kid. The nearest surrounding is a little bit busy (the hotel is situated by the road) but it is close to many restaurants and shops. The area itself is fascinating, little towns nearby are worth of visit, especially Fermo or Torre di Palme. The hotel has its own parking place."

"Mi è un pò dispiaciuto per la bassa insonorizzazione. Alcuni clienti un pò rumorosi nelle camere adiacenti, non mi hanno consentito di addormentarmi subito. Ma ci può anche stare. Tutto sommato se si ha sonno, si dorme comunque. A parte questa piccola postilla, la mia valutazione resta positiva."

"Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, sauber und sehr groß. Wir hatten eine große Terrasse. Der Pool und die Sonnenwiese sind auch sehr neu und laden zum entspannen ein. Wir waren auch in der finnischen Sauna die hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt auch Früchte und Tee zum selber bedienen. Das Personal sprich die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen."

"It was PERFECT! Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and with companion of great coffee. Martina was super friendly host, she was very helpful and gave a lot of tips of what to see in neighborhood and not only. Home location is great for people seeking for silence and in the same time close to shop/restaurant. Very good and stable internet connection (I worked from there whole week). I will definitely come back if I’ll be somewhere around"
