"Our stay at Guest House Serafino in the Prati neighborhood was truly unforgettable. The location is perfect—very central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the city and still relax. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and gave a special charm to every morning and evening. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was especially amazing—we slept so well and felt fully rested every day. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. It really felt like a home away from home. This place made our trip even more special, and we would love to come back again. Highly recommended!"

"Overall just a good basic apartment perfect for a short stay. Good location close to Ottaviano metro station, bus stops and plenty of nice restaurants. Don't miss Passaguai, Il Sorpasso and pasticceria Parenti. SITBus shuttle to the airport was convenient and the bus stop was nearby. Room was clean and quite despite facing the street. AC worked well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lack of unpleasant smells. There was a kitchen equipped with a fridge, washing machine and espresso maker, so you could enjoy morning coffee. Towels were changed daily, don't remember if it was upon request, but anyway it wasn't an issue. Nice roof terrace The host was in touch, but we barely contacted."

"The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and truly reliable. When we first arrived and couldn’t find the place, he even came downstairs to meet us — it instantly made us feel at ease. All the restaurant recommendations were fantastic as well, and every one of them was delicious. The cleaning staff were also very attentive and kept the room spotless. After a long, tiring day, coming back to a fresh and perfectly clean space always lifted our mood straight away. The location is excellent too — it’s convenient to get to all the main attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the patterned floor tiles, the small table in the living room, and all the cute little cabinets. Everything was kept so clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable."

"This was my first time staying in this neighbourhood and I loved it! It felt very safe. I also used the hotel next door for their rooftop bar to meet friends (This building has a rooftop, but it lacks seating). I thought the building and the room were beautiful. When looking through Booking.com the floors caught my attention. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and have an upscale feel. My room faced the street and the windows were insulated, but you could still here street noise. I bring earplugs everywhere so it wasn't a problem...just worth mentioning."
