"The hotel is exactly where you want to be!! The rooms and common areas are very clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast was the best we had in Como. And for us the best part was Debora that made our stay magical by helping us in every issue we had, not having a no for an answer. Very professional, very polite and a reason to go back for sure!"

"The Avenue is a lovely hotel in a perfect location for getting around Como. The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is great and it’s nice the bistro is also used by other passers by as it gives it a less formal atmosphere than in some hotels. I really liked staying here and would do so again if visiting Como."

"Lovely small hotel, in a great location..... perfect for our long weekend.The rooms were serviced every day and kept spotlessly clean.They offer private taxi transfers and private lake boat exploration trips, which were very informative. Above all, the staff were amazing. From reception to restaurant and all aspects of the hotel. It was a pleasure to watch them working as a team. A very efficient team, thank you to you all"

"We parked our car in their garage for €30 per day. First, we struggled through the narrow streets to get to the hotel, and then we had to walk back for 600 meters. The hotel has its own Mercedes Vclass Van and it is possible to take you to/from the garage for free. At the receptionist's request to transport us on check out, the "driver" was clearly not in the mood from their communication, and even though we didn't speak Italian, we both understand everything and speak Italian very well. When she asked the Owner to transport us, he was told that a group of Arab was waiting. While I waited around 25 minutes for my husband to return with the car, the same Mercedes was constantly in front of the hotel 👎 I am a person with a 100% physical disability to emphasize (not visible) Honestly, this completely lowered my opinion of the hotel upon leaving."
