Set in a 16th century building, the oldest of the town, Albergo Casagrande offers simple yet comfortable rooms for a quick stop on the road, or a more affordable getaway into the Dolomites. The boutique-hotel features an indoor taula gastronòmica and pizzeria, as well as a terrace for warm months. The bistrot is renowned for its exquisite Italian food, as well as traditional wood-oven pizza, and is well suited for families and couples both. All rooms come equipped with toiletries and get daily cleaning service. Wifi is included. Breakfast is 5€ and is included in the price of the room. It is served from 7.30 until 9.30 in the sala d'refrigeri matinal. It offers a selection of cold cuts, homemade bread, cereal, local milk, local jam, juice, yougurt, croissants, butter and coffe from the bar. Free parking is always provided, as well as a room for safekeeping of bikes. Train station is 1km away, bus station only 200 m (busses run every 10 minutes to Bolzano).

"The property was a great valuve for money, had everything we needed. Very convenient to take the bus into Bolzano. And there some shops and nice cafes and restaurants just under the hotel. Our room was nice and big, staff was super friendly."

"Big, clean bedroom and bathroom. There is a restaurant under the hotel where you can eat dinner. The hotel is at the city center, easy to find. Also it has its own parking lot for a few cars."
"The bathroom has a full size window without any cover, it looks like a normal room window, not suitable for a bathroom, especially as it opens to a big crossing on the 2nd floor. Questionable practicality and it does not feel comfortable. The breakfast was very basic, no vegetables, one croissant per guest, narrow selection of food options."

"Everything was perfect. The room was clean, huge and really cosi. The owner was really friendly - the personnel as well. The breakfast was good. They have a restaurant, which is very good as well. The location is good, and they have a closed inner parking place for the guests. Highly recommended."

"The parking was a bit tricky. You have to go through a barrier into a supermarket car park and then around and out of the supermarket car park and into the hotel car park. The heater for the shower needed to be switched on using a switch in the bathroom which wasn’t obvious."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig für die Fahrt in Italiens Süden und hat kostenlose Parkplätze. Es gibt einen Bus nach Bozen, darauf haben wir allerdings verzichtet und eine (gute) Pizza im hoteleigenen Restaurant gegessen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit viel Platz, es hat alles gut funktioniert und war sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist einfach und auf sehr sympathische Weise authentisch und „altmodisch“. Morgens trafen sich dort viele Leute aus dem Ort zum Kaffee, ein netter Anblick. Wir fanden es es super und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen."
