"Ben situat a 5 minuts a peu de la PARADA D'AUTOBÚS 4 d'on et venen a buscar els busos turístics i els busos que van i venen de l'aeroport. I a 5 minuts del centre. A 10 minuts a peu del supermercat BONUS, el més econòmic. El pis es veu molt nou i el llit de matrimoni és còmode. Hi hem estat a ple HIVERN i la calefacció i l'aigua calenta va perfecte. Molt pràctic agafar i deixar les claus i bona comunicació per mail amb el propietari."

"Fantastic location – very central. The apartment was very easy to find, and both check-in and check-out worked smoothly. The apartment is small, but modern, nice, and cozy. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook meals. I would definitely recommend it."

"Loved the size of the apartment and the overall furnishings (modern/sleek). They provided everything we could have possibly needed, essential cooking utensils and cookware which made it feel like home, particularly needed over the Christmas period. They even had a washing machine which was unused but great to know it was there should we have needed it. TV was great, massive screen and provided all the streaming services, along with some English channels. I must comment on how quiet the overall stay was (perfect for some good sleep). Also, great location, super close to the centre 2/3 mins away which made everything easier. Convenient stores were close and supermarkets too!"

"Staircase is a bit steep to reach 3rd floor (302), considering carrying all luggage's with no lift. Also no free parking but a lot of paid parking spaces available around the property (never had to walk more than 2 mins). Also no luggage storage but massive room so wasn't a problem for us. Hot water smells funny but presume that's the same all over Iceland. Use cold water to avoid the smell and when cooking!!"

"The location is great, the apartment is a good size with plenty of usable space when travelling out of a suitcase. The bathroom is a good size, once again with a usable counter top! The kitchen is perfect for making yourself breakfast or a meal to save on the expensive food in Reykjavik."

"The dining table is a bit cramped for space, 2 people can handle it, but if you have any more you are going to have trouble getting to a seat. Other than that the washer dryer doesn't have a dry only mode, which whilst annoying doesn't actually cause a problem if you do a load of washing. These are very minor issues though."

"There are a list of rules to consider, it is really important to put attention on the message that the host is gonna send you when time to checkin is close. If you miss any of those rules they may charge you with an extra cost."

"This (the one-bed small apartment) is a relatively budget (for Iceland) offer in an excellent location - a short walk from the center, yet in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The location/price ratio is likely the best you'll find in Reykjavik. The apartment is small, but has everything one needs to get a good night's sleep in full privacy and prepare a basic meal, and a fully functional bathroom, all for the price of a shared bathroom hostel. Excellent communication from the host with clear instructions for retrieving the key sent well in advance (I hate it when they send you the code only a few hours before you arrive, and here it came a week in advance!)."

"Nothing serious, given the price level and location. It's a budget offer. The small one-bedroom apartment is in the basement, so the window is right on ground level, and next to the garbage bins - in summer it gets a bit stuffy. The microwave is unnecessarily complicated and has a bright blue LED display that may disturb someone sensitive at night. But these are minor things."

"Lovely apartment in a great spot. Comfortable and has everything you need. Good communication re: access and they let us know when cleaning was done, so we could check in early. JFYI - there are 2 flights of stairs to get up with luggage. Close to harbour area, and easy access to buses (bus stop 4) to then link to the bus station for tours etc and also hop-on-hop-off buses. Easy walk to restaurants, museums and sights and shops. Great communication from the owner."
