"The chateau was unbelievably beautiful!!! Amazing view both inside and out. Those windows! The chateau was so beautiful and restful and comfortable that we extended our stay a day just so that we could enjoy the view. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. Fantastic espresso machine. The hosts were very kind and accommodating"

"Ein wunderschönes luxuriöses Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Island Feeling pur. Die Lage direkt am See mitten im Nationalpark ist einmalig und man kann den Abend entspannt im Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen."

"Modern kitchen and just over all very nice property. Was a bit in the middle of nowhere which made it very nice. There is also barbecue if you want to use it. We also got some bottles of water because the tap water was yellow. There is also only one toilet. But for the rest was very nice."

"We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom well-desgined. The location is absolutely beautiful, close to a great waterfall. The host was very helpful and attentive—they informed us about the Northern Lights (the best ones we had in Iceland!) and kindly assisted us when we had trouble with the snowy road."
