"The WiFi was a problem for 2 days, but we were advised this before arriving and they were very good and quick in arranging an engineer to resolve this at a time that suited us. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions and comments."

"Das Häuschen ist großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Beleuchtung ist prima, gerade jetzt im Winter ist das sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Auf Fragen wurde schnell und kompetent geantwortet. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage, auch um Polarlichter zu sehen, es bietet freie Sicht in nahezu alle Himmelsrichtungen. Wir hatten keine Probleme das Haus zu finden oder die Schranke bei der Anfahrt öffnen zu lassen. Auch um 18:00 wurde unser Anruf direkt angenommen und für den weiteren Aufenthalt liegt im Haus eine Fernbedienung. Bei nächster Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder!"

"1.) Grundsätzlich wird in Island Mülltrennung unterstützt und es gibt vom Vermieter eine ausführliche Beschreibung dazu. Hilfreich wäre dazu ein zweiter Mülleimer. 2.) So schön der Hot Tub ist; wir hatten stürmisches Wetter und der Wind wehte einiges an Sand und Pflanzenreste in den Pool. Eine Abdeckung wäre hilfreich. Beide Punkte haben unser Erlebnis aber nicht gemindert."

"Todo fue perfecto. Uno de los valores de Islandia es la tranquilidad y sensación de calma en contacto con la naturaleza y en niceland cottage pudimos vivirlo. Desafortunadamente Islandia se empieza a masificar, perdiendo encanto. Pero aquí disfrutamos al máximo toda la familia. La cabaña es preciosa y las camas incluso la del sofa super comoda."

"Das Cottage ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist abseits vom Trubel und trotzdem gut gelegen für viele Sehenswürdigkeit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert und alle unsere Fragen wurden rasch beantwortet."

"The cottage is beautiful with a great view. It was very clean, reasonably well equipped and extremely quiet. It was very nice having two toilets."

"The communication with the rental agency was lacking. There’s a Nescafé machine, but no coffee pods were provided and we weren’t told in advance. The nearest grocery is 20-30 minutes away. There was no information in the house about how the hot tub, gate opener or front door lock worked so we needed to contact the company about those things. We were expected to recycle (which is fine), but the directions for where to take the trash and recycling were missing and we didn’t find bags for taking the things away (we had some with us by chance.) These are fairly minor issues, all easily fixed."

"Wunderschön eingerichtetes Haus mit tollen Panoramafenstern. Und im Schrank gibt es schon viele Dinge zum Kochen ( Zuckern Salz, Öl, Haferflocken, Gewürze etc.). Der Hot Tub ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Bequeme Matratzen. Eine rundherum tolle Unterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen."
