Overlooking River Blanda in Blonduos village, these cottages are located right by Iceland’s Ring Road. All include private kitchen facilities, a sofa and a furnished terrace. Most cottages at at Gladheimar have a private bathroom and a terrace with a geothermal hot tub and BBQ facilities. Some cottages include a private sauna. Popular activities in the area include fishing and day trips around Northwest Iceland. Parking is free at Gladheimar Cottages. A public swimming pool is found 500 metres away. Blonduos Golf Club is 2.5 km from the cottages.

"Cases de diferents mides i condicions, des d'individuals a familiars. Les més grans estan perfectament equipades i algunes tenen banyera d'aigua calenta a l'exterior. Situació perfecta enmig del prat però a la vora del centre. Personal molt amable i disponible."

"Very spacious, new cottage which was very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Comfy bed, plenty of space and so easy to unload with the car parked right beside the cabin. Lovely, friendly staff."
