"L'ubicació és perfectíssima. Al cor de Reykjavik i pots arribar a tot arreu a peu. El preu és elevat, però crec que tenint en compte l'ubicació i la qualitat de les instal·lacions val la pena. Generalment tot molt net, encara que un dia que ens van netejar l'habitació i havia un pèl que no era nostre, però no li vam donar importància perquè són coses que passen."

"Superb hotel with an amazing breakfast, fantastic staff, comfy warm rooms, excellent restaurant and wonderful bar and bakery on the ground floor. The location was perfect for access to the town, bars restaurants , harbour and pick up points for tours. Really cannot fault this wonderful hotel."
