"Les instal·lacions són molt boniques. És molt agradable la decoració i la disposició de tots els elements. Els amfitrions són molt agradables i ens van posar facilitats per al check-in i ens van permetre sopar malgrat arribar tard a l'allotjament."

"This is a special location in one of the oldest buildings of the village at the harbour are. Next to the rooms, located at a souterrain, is a sort of large room were old benches tables and other objects are visible. There is also a massive tv screen were we played Mario Cart. Above there is a restaurant, were you can order fish and chips or a pizza. The village is in a special area of Iceland with some special walks around."

"Very clean. Bed matress and pillows excellent. Very spacious, well equipped and clean common bathrooms (was our main concern before stay and thus really exceeded expectations). We did not buy breakfast but it looked ok."

"Casa situada als afores del petit poble de Reykholt. Ideal com a punt per fer nit en una ruta per Islàndia. Nosaltres vàrem fer nit aquí després de fer el Golden Circle i la Secret Lagoon. Molt poc comerç pels voltants de la casa. Nosaltres portàvem el nostre menjar i tant el sopar com l'esmorzar de l'endemà el vàrem fer a la cuina de la casa, a la qual teníem lliure accés. Els propietaris viuen en una casa a part contigua a la dels hostes. Als propietaris gairebé no els vam ni veure en les hores que vàrem ser allà."

"Un hotel magnífic, amb bon esmorzar i restaurant per sopar. El menjar és molt bo, amb especialitats locals i pel preu està bé, vistos els preus del país. L'habitació sensacional. Acollidor. La situació, depèn del que vulgueu fer, és clar que a prop no hi ha cap nucli habitat però sí està bé per pujar cap a Höfn i els fiords per un costat i cap als parcs naturals per l'altre. El paisatge per tota la costa és magnífic. El personal és jove, molt atent, molt agradable. La meitat són espanyols o portuguesos."

"El mateix dia em van trucar per oferir-me un upgrade a un apartament sencer que està a 150m de la casa. Així que no puc valorar la casa o habitació individual. L’apartament molt nou i net. Habitació separada amb llit molt còmode, cuina oberta en el menjador molt ben equipada per cuinar. En el lavabo hi ha rentadora i secadora. Bones vistes. Ubicació una mica més apartada que la casa però encara aprop del centre. Em van respondre per telèfon ràpidament quan vaig tenir preguntes de l’apartament, molt amables."

"El millor hotel on hem estat a Islàndia a nivell de relació qualitat-preu. El personal super amable, amb pavelló esportiu i pilotes per jugar, ideal si vas en familia, i piscina climatitzada i jacuzzi a l'exterior.Espai de relax a recepció amb sofàs, televisó i consola fins i tot. Ideal pels nens i si vols llegir una estona. Semblava una antiga escola que havien rehabilitat per convertir en hotel. L'habitació molt cómode i neta i l'esmorzar molt complet i bo. Ens van deixar fer servir les taules del menjador per preparar-nos entrepans pel viatge del dia següent i un dels nois de l'hotel ens va recomenar fer l'excursió al volcà en erupció. Gràcies a ell vam viure la millor experiència de tot el viatge! Gràcies!"

"I spent a week in the smaller cottage at the end of December 2025. The accommodation was exactly as described, very cozy and quiet. I was afraid of the heating, but it was always pleasantly warm thanks to the underfloor heating. Margrét was helpful. The town was small, with one restaurant and one gas station. But since you had to go everywhere by car anyway, the wide range of supermarkets in Selfoss, 10 minutes away, was enough for everything."
