"Kein WLAN. Dadurch, dass man doch relativ weit weg ist von der Zivilisation ( Isafjördur ca. 180 km entfernt, Holmavik 47 km) muss man gut planen. Bis Latrabjarg und Strandir sind es sehr lange Touren, aber sehr lohnenswert! Durch das Schild in Hausnähe Info 200m hatten wir mehrfach " Besuch" incl. TOILETTENBENUTZUNG... ABER da es ja auf den langen Entfernungen kaum Möglichkeiten gibt, versteht man das Bedürfnis natürlich..."

"Like in all holidays it's unfamiliar on the first day but this place is very good value for money in iceland. There is a great elevator to the apartment on the 5th floor. It's 7 km from reykjavik centre so u need a car but given the size of the country and distance to the must see stuff and the cost of tours u really should get one. You don't need a 4 by 4 jeep. A normal car is fine. Parking is easy for the apartment and supermarkets and petrol 2 minutes drive away. The apartment fits 4 but the bed for the 4th is hard. The other 3 are good."
