"Conveniently located on the outskirts of Selfoss which is an unexpectedly attractive ‘buzzing’ little town. Lots of space and comfortable beds. The selection of pots and pans was a little haphazard but plenty of crockery and cutlery and, importantly, a kettle! The bathroom fixtures and fittings are a little dated but the washing machine was very useful. Friendly helpful owners."

"The curtains in the back bedrooms were very thin, hardly a match for the 24 hour daylight, but this is common in Iceland where one is expected to wear an eye mask."
