"Lovely little cottage, ideal for a family of four and great as a base to explore the south coast area of Iceland. Very quiet at night and suitably far out from the town that I could imagine non-summer dark nights would offer some amazing views of the night skies. Not right on the beach itself but a short walk and there is a lovely and largely empty black beach to enjoy."

"It was clean and comfortable. What we liked most is the service we got when we discovered a little after midnight that we had lost the key. Within 15 minutes someone stopped by to open the door for us and was very gracious about it. We very very grateful."

"The cottage (number 2) is goid furnished and equipped. Everything we needed was available. The key hand over was super easy via key-box. We received check-in message in advance with code to get key. All was clean and tidy. The place is quiet. We had good stay there. Check out was easy and quick, while putting the key to the key-box. Thank you."
