"The resort is in an excellent location with various shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. We stayed in a deluxe room with A/C which was spacious, bright and airy. The resort is clean and well maintained, with a good sized pool area and onsite restaurant. The owners and staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly."

"1. Good and cozy hotel with small and clean swimming pool. 2. Excellent location 5 minutes from the sea, at the beginning of the street, where there is everything a tourist needs. As we understood, this is the only street on Patnem Beach where there are so many cafes and shops. 3. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I recommend booking Luxe rooms, they are much larger, more comfortable and have a partition in the bathroom, unlike the small rooms. This means you will always have a dry floor in the toilet. 4. We ordered a taxi through the hotel, the price is adequate and the car arrives early."

"Nice and clean. Big room (suit). Very nice bathroom. Big balcony. AC worked well. Big television. Good location, very close to beach and plenty of shops and restaurants on the small street beside. Quiet area. Also close to the stand for tuktuks and taxi as well as a good yoga shala. Refreshing pool with a little garden on one side. Beautiful."

"Water pressure in the shower a bit weak. Pillow was very hard. Very small relax area around the pool. When closing the room door it creates a lot of noise if one is not careful, maybe something could be done about this?"

"Excellent location wonderful pool. The suite rooms are spacious with fridge, kettle and very good air conditioning. Short one minute walk to the beach. Little grocers next door and the famous Patnem Chai Shop. Remember if you want your room cleaned leave your key at reception, staff don’t come in routinely. The property will give you blue and white swimming pool towels just ask."

"Hot water is only available after around 10:30 -16:00. Having said that the water temperature outside of these times was ok."
