"As the hotel is an older property, it’s important to manage expectations. A few fittings required attention—for example, the showerhead needed cleaning to function properly. Additionally, basic amenities such as floor towels and toiletries had to be requested separately, which would normally be expected upfront for a room accommodating three guests."
