"These guys went the extra mile to make sure that the whole family was comfortable and cared for. There was a great holy celebration where the staff joined in with such good spirit. Roshni was wonderful and created a great experience with great energy that was warm and friendly. We had a great time celebrating Holi at our he hotel with all the staff. Roshan, who works in the restaurant was wonderful and very attentive to all the dietary requirements. He’s a creative thinker and always has solutions for every challenge. Both are a great asset to the grand Hyatt. A great place to stay and experiment the bustling Mumbai. Thank you all at the Hyatt!"

"Amazing, incomparable view of Darjeeling, Hills, Clouds, Long Pine Trees, Tea Garden, and the curved road underneath from the hotel balcony. Heard the Adhan but didn't see the Mosque. The whistle of Toy Train was also heard from the hotel, but couldn't see the train. Moderate breakfast and dinner but meets the need but service is good."
