"The hotel is stunningly set up, and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the cleaning staff are exceptional. On the subject of staff, from the security, front desk and restaurant, every single one was welcoming and efficient, and happy to accommodate requests (like finding a teapot for an English black tea addict). The food was excellent in the One Tree restaurant. Also the pool was a welcome refresher."
