The food was prepared with less oil and they had good variety. would like to appreciate Sajid from the restaurant who was very customer centric and was gentle in fulfilling the requirements. Rashmi Bisht from the customer section on reception was very friendly and professional. She helped me with almost everything I asked for. Way to go Rashmi. Very good customer service and experience."

"Overall, our stay at this hotel was good. The only issue was with the airport transfer. We had requested a hotel taxi in advance, but unlike what we have experienced with many other hotels, the driver was not waiting for us inside the airport. We had to call him, which took time and reduced the warmth of the initial welcome. In general, the hotel’s responsiveness to phone calls and coordination was quite weak, and this stood out as a major drawback."

"The Spa.... Not professional at all... Booked for female terapist for 1 hour 30 mins. When i went I was told only male terrapist available. Massages was about 20 mins less and shower was not cleaned after previous client left....."
