"We had chosen this hotel to rest few hours in wait of our flights, departing 4 am. Upon check-in we booked an hotel car for airport drop. Only upon checking out we were informed that the car was not available, therefore we had to find a last minute solution by ourselves. Information should have been given the moment they realized that the car could not be available."
