"the beach is right outside of the hotel. great for walks. comes alive every night. the hotel restaurant was being renovated but their breakfast lounge and cafe lounge had lovely views . Mumbai is filthy but comparatively Juhu beach is cleaner . We had to be near Bandra West (too dirty for westerners) so Juhu was a good choice. Colaba is probably the cleanest but tooo expensive. Juhu has a wealth of cafes and buzzing night life. the hotle staff are amaxing. willing tio help you with everything. Housekeeping are wonderful, they do room cleans every day if you wish and they have a laundry service too. great Bell Boy service."

"Anywhere in Mumbai you go there is a distinct sewarage smell. At times this smell also pervaded the hotel facilities. Also Indian food is intensly smelly and unfortunately the kitchen smells reached right up to the 3rd floor. Fortunately it was only the outside of the room that smelt and not the room itself. the beach is cleaned every morning which is great. We could go for walks then but in the evening it was filthy and you do not want to walk on it in the dark, all sorts of disgusting things are left lying from faeces to glass!! Water is warm but murky brown and sometimes smelly. We did not want to swim even though the weather in April is suffocatingly humid and warm."

"On arrival, we were met with a very sower faced, tierd young man. It was 4am, and we had been on the go for over 24 hours. He was at best rude and had no help at all. We were not offered any drinks and were extremely thirsty. We had to wait until 8am when the breakfast was being served so we could buy tea & coffee. We really felt like lepers and not welcome until we had checked in. Very money orientated hotel..."

"Great beach front location. Lovely friendly staff , sean our cleaner was brilliant. View of Juhu beach from room 115 was amazing. The breakfast was really lovely and the breakfast manager was very helpful as my wife ia a coeliac. Whole experience was excellent. Near street good vendors serving amazing food."
