"The rooms are even nicer than the pictures. Its a very nice place, authentic and decorated. Location is superb - close to the seafront, old city market, harbour and shops. Reception is friendly and available. Had a happy hour on the roof with live music, drinks and nibbles - all for free at sunset. Was beautiful!"

"Maintenance can improve. Washroom door hinge reported faulty, not fixed till we left. Huge dead cockroach in the shower. Design was overdoing it to a point where things were impractical, example: couldn't lock that washroom door from the inside, which is uncomfortable when you have kids with you."

"Everything was amazing and utterly magical! An oasis of tranquility and comfort within the Old City, the suite had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Akko! The kids were quite comfortable on the sofa beds, which already had sheets on them. And the kitchenette was sufficiently stocked with what we needed, including waters and soya milk. Finally, the history and story behind the Sarai is beautiful!! We would definitely stay again, as it rates as one of our top places we have stayed in our lives. Zidane was also super hospitable and helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed."
