"The bed was perfect, so soft, I didn't want to get up"

"The stay happened during the war, and for an ability to operate in this time, providing both for internally displaced people from all over the border housed at the hotel, and for the guests, the hotel shall be commended. 🏨 The room was nice, clean, with a nice balcony with a view. The bathroom had a large bathtub. It was very quiet, and wi-fi worked well. 📷 There's access to the roof with a great panoramic view (for now at least, as there's construction going on in front of the hotel). 🍳 The breakfast is great, with much variety, and with good timing. I was warned not to be late, but even arriving ten minutes before breakfast end everything was available. 🗺️ The hotel is within a short walk to the bus terminal, and the promenade with public beaches are just meters away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 💸 The price for the stay was very reasonable. Note that if you are not an Israeli citizen the price would be without VAT and even better."

"באנו למרתון טבריה. היה פקק ענק ולכן איחרנו לארוחת הערב. למרות זאת צוות המלון דאג לנו והשאיר את חדר האוכל פתוח. השירות היה מצויין ומאוד נהנינו."

"Еда вкусная, много мясных блюд. Бассейн не большой но свою функцию выполняет. Бассейн работает с 11.00 но нас запускали раньше, за что большое спасибо! По близости рестораны, магазины и аквапарк. Все было супер, кроме чистоты в отеле."

"Уборка в отеле ужасная. При заезде визуально номер чистый. Но когда ребенок поиграл на полу, его руки были черные. Под тумбочкой валялся огромный таракан. Рядом с кроватью туалетная бумага использованая и детские заколки. В туалете зеркало было в брызгах. Когда пришла девушка убираться, мы оставили ей чаевые 50 шек, что бы уборка была сделана чище. Но этого не произошло. Таракан так и остался лежать на полу, как и пыль. На територрии бассейна по всюду окурки и стаканчики. Пожалуйста обратите внимание как убираются в вашем отеле!"
