"מקום מיוחד ביותר, מדהים ויפה. החדר שוכן במבצר עתיק, הייתה תחושה שחזרנו בזמן, אחר מכל חדר אירוח שהיינו בו. חדר גדול מאוד, אמבטיה ענקית, הכל מתוקתק, מיטה ממש נוחה וגם הכריות. סלמה בעלת המקום פשוט נפלאה, חייכנית ודואגת לכל פרט קטן. את ארוחת הערב וארוחת הבוקר אכלנו במסעדה הצמודה וזה היה מאוד נוח, המסעדה מעולה. לא לוותר! נהנינו מאוד וברור לנו שנחזור!"

"ממוקם מושלם, בתוך המצודה, במרחק מינימלי מכיכר הכנסיה. חדר מושקע מאוד במבנה מקסים. סלמה, המארחת, קשובה מאוד לצרכים שלנו, נעימה , מסבירת פנים ומעוררת השראה בחזון שלה לגבי האירוח במעיליא. אל תפספסו את הארכיאולוגיה המפוארת מימי הרומאים, דרך הביזנטים שנגלתה מתחת למבנה המסעדה."

"מקום קסום בכפר יפהפה, צופה על הגליל, נמצא במרכז הכפר. בדצמבר הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו בחו"ל, כל הכפר מקושט באווירת חג המולד וכך גם השאטו, הצוות המארח מאיר פנים, נדיב, מסייע בכל מה שרק צריך. ארוחת הבוקר מהטובות שאכלנו, והארוחה במסעדת השף של השאטו הייתה לא פחות מקסומה."
