"Fantastic location in the heart of Galway City. Despite this, the rooms are quiet with no noise disturbance which is great for a good nights sleep. Staff are professional, efficient and friendly. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast had great variety & nice that you can order fresh hot food. Reduced parking rate, €11.40 for 24 hours."
"No bathroom door. The bed was 2 singles pushed together & 1 mattress was higher than the other so not as comfortable as hoped. Room was cold & had to put the radiator on which took a while to heat the room. It would be nice if heating was on, even low, upon arrival. Parking is a bit of a distance when lugging bags and set down area had the same cars parked in it for over an hour."
