"Barbara is a great hostess. She gave me lots of information about Youghal when I arrived on Friday evening. This was so helpful and made it so much easier for me to find my bearings. My room was perfect, lovely and spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast on Saturday morning was delicious. As a guest at Summerfield Lodge, I felt warmly welcomed and very well looked after during my stay there."

"The location is stunning. Gorgeous views. Very peaceful. Barbara is a wonderful host. We had great chats and she shared lots of recommendations for local food spots, which we gladly took up. Breakfast was delicious and the pre-order option was extremely helpful."

"The breakfast was exceptional. We could not fault it. Probably one of he best breakfasts we ever tasted. It was pre-order with so many choices. From the moment we arrived to when we were leaving, Barbara catered for our every need. Our room was very large with great facilities. Comfort and cleanliness excelled our expectations. Scenery was amazing from this property. Barbara gave us fresh milk for tea to our room served in little churn which was a lovely touch. I would definitely rate this property 5++++ stars. Thank you, Barbara 😊"
"We didn't like leaving 😍"
