"Everything :) Rooms are big enough with plenty of space. Very clean. Quiet area. Not far from the City center and thermal lake. Bikes and foams rental for free. Good breakfast with variety of selection. Free sauna for hotel guests. Very nice and friendly service personel. We were very happy to spend time there in mid October."

"I trained customer service for many years. At this establishment, the service began pre check-in, with speedy and helpful replies to my many emails, all in excellent English. It continued when I arrived, with a warm, and genuinely friendly welcome, and explanation of all that was available. As I was leaving early the following morning, a lovely breakfast pack was prepared for me. I was slightly fortunate to be able to enjoy the cosy sauna alone, and thoroughly enjoyed it."
