"We were with a dog and when we asked for a taxi, Hotel (a dog friendly 5-star hotel that is charging for the dog) said that no taxi will take us with the dog, so they can't help. Usually in the hotels of that level staff are able to find a solution, but not here."

"- Check-in staff at reception could have a little bit more like a "Welcome Behaviour". The reception is the first point of contact with the hotel and should welcome guests in a friendly manner. - Information about the area or activities should be provided on request at the reception and recommendations and assistance should be offered gladly. I got no information, the information was: I can call you a taxi to Tokaj. - No help with luggage. - The staff in the wellness area could check more regularly whether the loungers are still occupied. Guests leave and towels remain on the loungers for hours. As a new guest, you don't know whether the loungers are still occupied and can hardly find a place, even though the guests have already left and only left their towels behind. More commitment from the staff would be helpful here. - No water in the room (e.g., for the coffee machine), only 0.25 ml bottles from the minibar. At this hotel level and for this room price, at least 1 bottle of water per person should be provided."

"We had a great time at this hotel, it is in a very quiet area (at 5’ from Tokaj). The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, they provided us with two beds for our 4 months old twins, a small baby bathtub and a kettle, so we really felt like home. The hotel has a divine living room, it takes you back in time, it’s more like a museum, every item tells a story. Also the food was amazing, we had half board, the breakfast was diverse and the dinner was fine dining (I was not able to have dinner at the restaurant one time, but they brought the food to the room). The Spa facilities are numerous, in a very calm and relaxing atmosphere."

"Communication was great, we were contacted after the booking that the cave bath is closed. They offered several solutions to sort this issue. Nice hotel with an excellent sized room and decor. The style was chosen carefully and with great taste. The interior designer Lilla Gyűrűsi made an inspiring environment. The atmosphere of the dinner was welcoming the food was as good as in a Michelin recommend place. However the drink selection is limited due to the current transition between owners. I felt the drink menu is also a bit overpriced . The spa is beautifully decorated with various options."
