Guests can make free use of the barbecue area in the garden and enjoy homemade wine and brandy. Boat trips to the nearest islands and the beaches of Zlarin and Prvić can be organised. The apartments are col·located a 5-minute walk from Srima Vodice’s punt de restauraciós and bars. While the lively town of Vodice is 3 km away, guests can reach historic Šibenik in a 15-minute drive. The national parks of Krka and Kornati are within 15 km away. Free parking is provided on site.

"Ivan is great host! Lots of gratitude! Open, helpful and great person! The apartment has all what is needed. Peace and quiet. Beach is very near the place. Small bar about 5 min. Other Konoba's are about 10-20 mins."

"Villa Srima: Grate localization to spend good vacation with family. Close to the beach c.a. 50meters. Good base for trips to visit other cities or islands. Big shops - 5 min drive. Very nice host. "Moc hezká a Klidná lokalita Vynikající komunikace s majitelem Velmi dobře ubytovací prostory, všude dostatek místa, všechny apartmány min. 1 pokoj směrem k moři Perfektní parkování s velkým množstvím místa Pohodový vstup do vody vhodný i pro malé děti, zpočátku velmi mělké moře Lokalita sousedící s neobydlenou plochou, pro ty, kdo stojí o soukromí Velmi klidná a příjemná lokalita vhodná na super oddech Byli jsme moc spokojení Od majitele i velmi milé překvapení Moc se nám tam líbilo Pokud pojedeme do této oblasti, určitě se budeme znovu ubytovávat tady"

"Świetne miejsce – czysto, wygodnie i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo udany pobyt, przytulny nocleg i przemili gospodarze. Polecam!"

"A szállás nagyon jó helyen van sík területen lehet eljutni a címre! Vannak privát parkolók az udvaron belül, tehát biztonságban lehet tudni az autót! Az apartman még jobban néz ki mint a képeken! Két szobás volt az apartman amit béreltünk, ami nagyon tiszta volt! Főzési lehetőség kiváló! Van terasz is! Közelebb nem is lehetne a tengerpart, így időseknek is nagyon ajánlom!Közelben vannak éttermek, bevásárlási lehetőség, pékség is! Iván a házigazda pedig egy nagyon jó és becsületes ember, a mai világban ritka az ilyen! Bármikor újra foglalnék ide!"

"Az apartman csendes, nyugodt helyen van, nagyon tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt.Iván. a házigazda nagyon kedves, segítőkész, igazi vendéglátó. Az autók a szállás parkolójában egész nap árnyékban vannak. A strand kb. 50 méterre van, partja apró zuzalékos, lassan mélyül, tengeri sünök nem voltak. Zsufoltság nincs! Kb. 300 méterre jó kis büfé van, pékség szintén nincs messze. A bevásárlások a szállás kerékpárjaival kényelmesen megoldhatók. Vodice központja autóval pár perc."
