Located in the quiet little village of Buići 5 km from the centre of Poreč, Nika & Petra offers elegant holiday homes with air-conditioned interiors, free Wi-Fi and a pool or hot tub in the garden. Both houses have 2 garden terraces each, and they also come with a fireplace and LCD satellite TV. A safety box is also provided, while the kitchen includes all the actual appliances. You can make barbecue in the garden. Parking on site is free of charge. A pizza place and 2 restaurants can be found in the village, about 500 metres away, while the nearest grocery shop is 1.5 km away. Poreč is easily accessible along the main road, which is very close to the Nika & Petra. Poreč has several beaches and impressive cultural sights like the Euphrasian Basilica.

"Schöne Terrasse mit Pool. Moderne Einrichtung und gute Lage."

"Super schönes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus mit eigenem Garten und Pool. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man auch im Eigenheim hat (voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, TV, WLAN, etc). Ein schöner Garten mit tollem gepflegtem Pool, 4 Sonnenliegen, 2 Terrassen, Outdoorküche, Parkplatz am Grundstück. Der Gastgeber ist super nett, hat bei der vorab telefonisch angekündigten Ankunft bereits auf uns gewartet und uns das Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, fussläufig ist ein gutes Speiselokal erreichbar (600m) und in das Zentrum von Porec fährt man ca. 6 Min mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. ABSOLUT EMPEHLENSWERT !!!!"

"Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, letztendlich das gesamte Pakte hat gestimmt. Eduard ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und immer für einen da wenn man was möchte. Die Lage ist auch optimal, Restaurant und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum nächsten Urlaubsort Porec sind es 3 km und entsprechend nah ist auch die Adria. Alles hat gepaßt und für unseren Hund war es auch TOP da das Grundstück rundum eingzäunt ist. Wir könen nur TIP TOP sagen und empfehlen die Villa Petra sehr gerne weiter. Es war nicht unser letzter Besuch hier, wir werden noch öfter jetzt kommen. Liebe Grüße Maria und Willi"

"Der Host war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft war in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt, viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, sehr sauber, optimale Raumaufteilung. Schöner als auf den Bildern!"

"Top Gastgeber, sehr freundlich; reagiert prompt auf etwaige Nachfragen; Das Haus ist sowohl in Bezug auf die Ausstattung, als bzgl. des Schnitts absolut zu empfehlen. Gekrönt wird es durch den (privaten) Pool mit darüber liegender Terrasse, wo man absolute Ruhe genießen kann. Die ca. 10 Miuten Fahrtzeit nach Porec Altstadt nimmt man sehr gerne im Kauf. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
