The completely renovated Villa Lugano is set in a quiet part of colourful Rovinj, only 750 metres from the sea and 800 metres from the Old Town and the main promenade. It features free Wi-Fi and free parking, while bike and car rentals are possible. Villa Lugano offers fully equipped studios and apartments with air-conditioning, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower while the patio overlooks the garden. Some units offer a unique view of the sea. The nearest grocery store is just 800 meters away. A taula gastronòmica serving Mediterranean cuisine can also be reached within 250 meters. Various excursions and boat trips, such as trips to Venice or the Brijuni Islands National Park, can be organised on site by the owners. Shuttle service to Pula Airport, 35 km away, can be arranged. Main Bus Station is 1 km away.

"A szállásadó hölgy nagyon kedves, az apartman tágas, kényelmes, tisztaság és finom illat fogadott bennünket. Csendes, nyugodt környék, az óváros és a Porton Biondi strand is elérhető távolságban van gyalog, nem volt szükség autózásra. Parkolási lehetőség a ház előtt megoldott."
