El Villa Ani està implantat a l'illa de Pag, a 500 m de la platja de Novalja, al carrer principal, i ofereix un allotjament de disseny i lluminós totalment dotat amb cuina. A l'establiment hi ha una alberca privada exterior i una terrassa amb gandules. Tots els estudis i apartaments del Villa Ani disposen de cuina, bany, TV per satèl·lit i un sofà. La majoria així com tenen balcó o terrassa. Al centre de Novalja, trobat a 600 m, hi ha diversos eespai balnearii de restauraciós i botigues. Realment adjunt a l'establiment para un autobús que enllaça directament a la famosa platja de Zrce.

It's a perfect place if you are heading to Novaljia (5min walking to the beach) or Zrce Beach (5min by taxi) The place is great, comfortable and the guests are also nice. You can go with family or friends and you will love it. Will definitely come back if we go to Novaljia. 10/10!"

"It's very nice apartment with nice furnishing and super comfortable king size bed. Kind stuff and clean facilities. Location is at main street to city center Novalja so it's quiet noisy and crowded, not recommending for families as hipsters not respecting basic rules of common facilities."

"Very good location, 5 min to city centre, 10 min away from Straško camping. If there would also be a pool (we stayed there in May) it would probably be a 10. Everything was Ok."
