"The studio is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils and appliances one needs, including -- a rarity in our travels -- a wall oven. Despite being a studio it had two AC units, which helped cool down the apartment fast, then we could leave only one on to maintain a pleasant temperature. It's in very close proximity to old town, to the best coffee house in Split (kava2), and plenty of bakeries and supermarkets all within 5 minute walk. The building itself is on a side street and it all felt safe and secure, day or night."
"The knives were pretty dull and there was no implement to sharpen them -- we were rescued by a finding a brand new cleaver in one of the drawers and that was factory-sharp. The WiFi is also not the best, particularly in the evenings. During our week stay it dropped out completely a few times, for hours; luckily the coffee houses down the street had decent internet."
