El Riva Rooms és a tan sols 50 metres del mar, al costat del famós passeig marítim de Riva i a poca distància a peu dels principals llocs d'interès de Split, com ara el Palau de Dioclecià, que ha estat declarat Patrimoni de la Humanitat per la UNESCO. L'establiment ofereix suites amb internet WiFi gratuïta i acull una cuina compartida i una sala d'estar amb TV. Totes les estades tenen moqueta i disposen d'armari, taula i cadires. Algunes allotjaments així mateix ofereixen balcó. El bany és compartit i inclou assecador. Davant del Rooms Riva hi ha un bistrot i una taverna. A 5 metres conjuntament trobareu una botiga de queviures. El mercat més proper, on podreu comprar productes frescos, és a uns 200 metres. A poca distància a peu hi ha el nucli antic de Split, on trobareu diversos bars, restaurants, cafeteries, botigues i galeries d'art. Durant els mesos d'estiu, conjuntament s'organitzen esdeveniments culturals de manera regular al nucli antic. La plaça de Peristil i l'entrada al Palau de Dioclecià són a 100 metres. El parc forestal de Marjan, que es troba a 300 metres, ofereix rutes de ciclisme i senderisme. Així Com hi trobareu un mirador, on podreu gaudir d'una visual magnífica sobre Split. L'estació central de tren i l'estació central d'autobusos, al costat de les quals hi ha la terminal de ferris, són a 400 metres. El port de Split ofereix connexions diàries amb les illes de Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis i Korčula, que són a prop.

"Quiet but central location, size of room is superb, cleanliness, friendly and accommodating owner. Excellent value. Very, very close( within 20 metres) to lots of amenities including cafes, supermarket and laundrette. Clean kitchen. Comfortable bed and slap bang opposite Michelin restaurant, which is excellent and amazingly good value. Be sure to book restaurant."

"It was clean, close to the centre (about 10 min walk), and everything you might need during your stay. • Showers: clean, quite modern and comfortable. You can lock the shower door and shower safely. • Beds: one pillow, one blanket, comfortable and big enough. Didn't make sounds and overall it was a good night sleep. Of course as you see from the photos there are no curtains so maybe that could be a privacy issue for some, but we were fine • It's warm and quite. We travelled in January and it was good • U have cabinets to lock your stuff in, not a huge space but it was enough for us (two backpackers) • Sinks and mirrors in the bathroom : a lot of it, all clean, water is drinkable from the tap"
