Providing free Wi-Fi and set just steps away from the sea, Orsan Residence was renovated in 2015. It is connected to the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik with quick bus lines. Set in authentic stone buildings, rooms here come with air conditioning and free WiFi access. A shared lounge and kitchen with a fireplace are at the guests' disposal. Sea views are available. Guests can take a walk to Dubrovnik's Old Town or jog along the beautiful promenade located in front of Residence Cosmai. Various beach and water sports activities such as scuba diving, as well as tennis and football courts, can be found nearby, and there are wellness centres in the neighbourhood as well. The town centre is filled with historic sights, museums and old churches and is a 10-minute bus ride away. Boat excursions to the Elafiti islands including fish picnics, off-road safaris, guided walking tours and other trips can be booked on site. An airport pick-up service is available on request.

"Tot, en general però per damunt de tot l'amabilitat de l'amfitrió que ens va orientar molt bé per optimitzar el temps de l'estada i va estar pendent de qualsevol necessitat, fins i tot ens acompanyà a deixar el cotxe ben aparcat per utilitzar el servei públic de transport."

"Marko was very welcoming and happy to give lots of information. He always checks that his guest are comfortable. There is a little kitchenette which is useful for drinks and making breakfast. It is even possible to cook there. I could see the sea from my little balcony. The beach is a 12 minute walk away. I loved a quiet morning swim. There is a lovely restaurant opposite the apartment. The old city of Dubrovnik is easy to reach by a 10 minute bus ride."

"The location is perfect, sea view, easy walking access to all lapad, quick bus trip to old Town to enjoy it without the hustle of it. Super practical to get to and to get into cruise for the island. The best is the host, Marko is brilliant, super responsive , w Super keen to help for anything and to make sure you have a good stay. He gives tons of advice and tips and take all the time you need. Cru flexible for arrival and departure and to keep luggage if needed."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."

"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."
